Subscription Contracts and Right of Withdrawal (Food Supplements)

1. Conclusion of Contract and Term

If a subscription is selected during the ordering process, a contract for the recurring delivery of the respective subscribed products is concluded at the delivery interval chosen by the customer. The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period unless otherwise agreed.

The subscription automatically extends for the agreed delivery period, provided it is not effectively cancelled, paused, or revoked in accordance with the following provisions.

2. Billing and Prices

Billing takes place automatically before each delivery using the payment method stored by the customer at the time of contract conclusion. The subscription price valid at the time of each respective billing cycle is decisive. Subscription prices apply exclusively to subscription contracts and may differ from the price of a one-time purchase.

3. Subscription Discounts

Subscriptions are generally provided with a discount of five percent (5%) compared to the current one-time purchase price.
From the fifth (5th) successful renewal of the subscription, the subscription discount increases automatically to eight percent (8%), provided the subscription has remained uninterrupted up to that point.

4. Minimum Subscription Term

A minimum term of three (3) delivery cycles applies to subscription contracts. Ordinary termination is permissible for the first time after the expiration of this minimum term. The statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 6 remains unaffected by this.

5. Changes, Pausing, and Termination

The customer may change their subscription at any time via their customer account, particularly regarding delivery interval, delivery address, or payment method.
Termination or pausing is possible at any time after the expiration of the minimum term, at the latest three (3) days before the next scheduled billing date. If no timely termination or pause occurs, the subscription will continue for the next delivery cycle.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Subscriptions

Upon conclusion of a subscription contract, the customer is entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of contract conclusion. In the event of an effective withdrawal, the subscription ends with immediate effect.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Food Supplements

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to food supplements. Products already delivered and unsealed are excluded from withdrawal.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

Deliveries that have already been initiated or dispatched cannot be cancelled or reversed. There is no entitlement to a refund for products already delivered and unsealed. The statutory provisions on withdrawal apply to unopened goods.

9. Changes to Prices and Products

The provider reserves the right to adjust subscription prices or product components if there is a substantive reason for doing so. The customer will be informed of significant changes in good time before the next billing cycle.
